internal order and inventory management platform ("the Platform") and connect
marketplace seller accounts, including your eBay seller account
and, where separately connected and applicable, other marketplace seller accounts.
By authorizing our application to access your eBay seller account through
eBay's OAuth consent process, you acknowledge that we will process information
as described in this Privacy Policy.

When you connect your eBay seller account to our Platform through eBay's OAuth
authorization flow, and depending on the permissions ("scopes") you grant, we
may access and store the following categories of information from your eBay
seller account:
Account identifiers: your eBay seller user ID or store name and identifiers associated with OAuth credentials issued to our application.
Inventory data: SKUs, listing titles, item specifics, quantities, and pricing you manage through eBay's Inventory API.
Order and fulfillment data: order details, buyer shipping information necessary for fulfillment, shipment tracking numbers, and order status obtained through eBay's Fulfillment API.
Account and business policy data: shipping policies, return policies, payment policies, and related account configuration where the relevant scope is granted.
OAuth tokens: access tokens and refresh tokens issued by eBay, used solely to authenticate authorized API calls made on your behalf.
We do not request or store your eBay account password at any
point. Authentication is handled entirely by eBay's sign-in and consent
process, and we do not receive your eBay login password.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above solely to provide, operate, secure,
and maintain the Platform's business functionality, including to:
Synchronize and display your eBay inventory and order data within our internal system for operational management and reporting.
Reconcile inventory and order information across marketplace accounts that you have separately connected to the Platform, where applicable.
Calculate sales, fees, inventory, and profitability information for internal business reporting.
Process order fulfillment and shipment-related information where necessary for our business operations.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, integrity, and security of our eBay API integration.
We do not sell your eBay seller data, use it for third-party
advertising, or use it for profiling unrelated to the business purposes
described in this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your data. We disclose information only in limited circumstances, including:
With eBay: as necessary to make authenticated API requests and perform authorized functions on your behalf, in accordance with applicable eBay developer terms and policies.
Service providers: hosting, database, cloud infrastructure, security, backup, or other service providers that process data on our behalf solely to support operation of the Platform and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal requirements: where disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or lawful governmental request.
Protection of rights and security: where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or integrity of the Company, the Platform, our users, or others, subject to applicable law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain eBay account data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide
the Platform, maintain the authorized connection, comply with applicable legal
obligations, or support legitimate business and security purposes.
If you revoke our application's access through eBay, request disconnection
from the Platform, or if we otherwise become aware that the authorization is
no longer valid, we will:
Cease making further API calls to eBay on your behalf as soon as reasonably practicable.
Promptly invalidate or delete associated OAuth credentials from active systems when they are no longer required.
Delete, anonymize, or otherwise cease using eBay-derived personal information that is no longer necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
Retain only those transaction, accounting, tax, security, or legal records that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law, and only for the applicable retention period.
We also process applicable eBay Marketplace Account Deletion or account-closure
notifications and take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize associated eBay
user data unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards
designed to protect information processed through the Platform. These safeguards
may include:
Protecting OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens against unauthorized access and avoiding exposure of such credentials in client-side browser code.
Restricting access to stored credentials and sensitive information to authorized personnel and systems with a legitimate need to access them.
Using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections when communicating with eBay API endpoints.
Applying reasonable access-control, logging, backup, and system-security practices appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we use
reasonable safeguards to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal data that
we hold about you, including the right to:
Revoke access: revoke our application's access to your eBay account through the controls provided by eBay or by contacting us.
Access information: request confirmation of whether we hold personal data relating to you and request access to such data.

Correct or supplement information: request correction or supplementation of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
